Terms for brands

Each Order sets out the number and type of videos, the creators or creator profiles, the deliverables and formats, the timeline, the number of revision rounds, the usage licence and the fee. A contract is formed when you approve the Order in writing (email is fine) or pay the first invoice, whichever comes first.

• Write or refine the creative brief with you.
• Cast creators and share a shortlist for your approval.
• Coordinate product shipping, filming and communication with creators.
• Quality-check, edit (where included) and deliver the videos by the agreed dates.

We will carry out the services with reasonable care and skill. Creators are independent; we cannot guarantee specific ad performance, views or sales.

• Accurate information about your product, brand guidelines and any claims you want made or avoided.
• Products shipped to creators (or to us) on time, at your cost unless the Order says otherwise. Products sent to creators are not returned unless agreed in advance.
• Timely feedback and approvals. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
• Confirmation that your product and any claims in the brief are lawful and substantiated (including under the CAP Code and ASA rules).

Fees are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable. Unless the Order says otherwise, we invoice in advance of production starting and invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and we may pause work until payment is received.

Each Order includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision is a change within the original brief (such as edits, trims, captions or a reshoot of a section that didn't follow the brief). Changes to the brief after filming has started are new work and may be charged.

On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered videos for the channels, territories and term stated in the Order. Unless the Order says otherwise, the default licence is: organic and paid use on your own social media, website, marketplace listings and email, worldwide, for 12 months from delivery.

• Whitelisting or Spark Ads (running ads from the creator's own account), extended terms, perpetual rights, TV or out-of-home use require the specific rights to be listed in the Order.
• You must not edit the videos in a way that misrepresents the creator, or use their image to endorse products other than those in the Order.
• Raw footage is not included unless the Order says so.
• When the licence ends you must stop running the videos in new paid placements; organic posts already published may remain.

UGC used as advertising must be identifiable as advertising. If creators post on their own accounts, they will label posts as ads in line with ASA and CMA guidance. You are responsible for how you use the videos in your own ads, including compliance with the CAP Code and platform policies.

You may cancel an Order by email. If you cancel before casting has started, we will refund any fees paid minus reasonable costs incurred. After casting starts, fees for work already committed to creators are non-refundable. We may cancel if you materially breach these terms and don't fix the breach within 7 days of notice.

Both parties will keep the other's confidential information confidential. Each party will comply with UK data protection law. Where we share creators' personal data with you, you will use it only for the project. See our privacy policy.

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, and our total liability under each Order is limited to the fees paid for that Order.

We may use creators or subcontractors (including our affiliated operations team) to deliver the services, and remain responsible for them. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the delivered videos and your logo in our portfolio. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
